1. Who we are
We provide a free proxy service that allows you to bypass any organisational restrictions.
Whe we say "noblocc" or "our" in these terms, we mean noblocc's services, website and other domains owned by noblocc.

2. Age requirements and responsibility of guardians
By accessing our services, you confirm that you're at least 13 years old and meet the minimum age of digital consent in your country.
If you are old enough to access our services in your country, but not old enough to have authority to consent to our terms, your parent or guardian must agree to our terms on your behalf. Please ask your parent or guardian to read these terms with you. If you're a parent or legal guardian, and you allow your teenager to use the services, then these terms also apply to you and you're responsible for your teenager's activity on the services.

3. Your use of noblocc's services
When using our services, you must comply with these terms and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and you must only use the services for acceptable purposes.
Fundamentally, do not do, try to do, or encourage or help others to do any of the following:
- Don't use the services to do harm to noblocc. Among other things, this includes trying to gain access to or attacking our systems, scraping us, transmitting viruses or other malicious code to our services, abusing our proxy systems and copying our product or using our intellectual property without permission.
- Don't use the services to do anything else that's illegal. This includes, but is not limited to, using the services to commit any crime or infringe anyone's intellectual property rights or using the services to gain access to any content prohibited by law in your country of residence.

4. Services "AS IS"
We work hard to offer great services, but there are certain aspects that we can't guarantee. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOBLOCC, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE SERVICES. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE ALSO DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. THE LAWS OF CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS OR STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES. TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED UNDER THE LAWS OF YOUR JURISDICTION, WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF SUCH WARRANTIES TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER THOSE LAWS.
This warranty does not affect any consumer rights you might have under applicable law, including the legal guarantee in certain places such as the European Union that products and services must comply with this agreement and your rights in case of non-conformity of a product or service.

5. Termination of services
We reserve the right to terminate any user/group of users access to our services without notice and/or reason.

7. Updates to these terms
We reserve the right to change our terms of service at any time and you agree to the new terms of service. We will attempt to alert users of our changes, but it is not our responsibility if the message doesn't reach you.

Privacy Policy

At noblocc, we care about privacy and your right to it. When you use our services, noblocc does not sell any data to any third parties.
For security and analytics purposes, we store your IP address, the country associated with your IP address, your User Agent and what sites you visit on the proxies. This is to ensure people's safety and that content prohibited by law is not accessed through our services.
If you would like any data we hold about you to be deleted, you must contact us through the Discord Server.

Cloudflare
We use Cloudflare to provide DDoS mitigation and protection. This means all requests you make to the website will pass through Cloudflare, who collect a limited set of data in order to provide analytics and perform mitigation actions. Adsterra
We use Adsterra to provide the ads placed on noblocc. Adsterra and its third party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on user's prior vists to noblocc or other websites.
Adsterra does not collect or store any personally identifiable information.

The Age of Digital Consent
Our services are for users aged 13 and above, and we never knowingly collect personal information from those under the age of 13. If you are a parent/legal guardian of a user under the age of 13, and believe that they have disclosed personal information, please contact us immediately on the Discord Server.
In some countries, the age of digital consent is above the age of 13. If you are a resident of one of these countries you must be at least that age to access our Services. We will never knowingly process data for users under this age of digital consent established by an applicable data protection law. If we come to find we have engaged in processing data for such users, we will immediately cease all processing of this data, and take suitable measures to remove this information from our systems.
